1. MyContractorDirectory.com Waiver of Liability When you search the MyContractorDirectory.com Directory, you will be provided with an online list of contractors in your area, if any, who may be interested in working on your project. Similarly, when you submit your project details and provide your contact information, MyContractorDirectory.com will attempt to locate suitable contractors in your area, who will contact you directly. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to match your request with suitable contractors, if any. Although we attempt to verify the credentials of our Member contractors, we make no guarantees nor endorsements regarding the skills or the quality of the job that the contractor(s) may perform for you if you hire them. MyContractorDirectory.com does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular contractor. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a contractor, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. The contractors affiliated with MyContractorDirectory.com are not employees or agents of MyContractorDirectory.com, nor is MyContractorDirectory.com an agent of the contractors. MyContractorDirectory.com does not perform, and is not responsible for, any of the services requested by you in your project submission or via your Directory search. When you enter into a contract with any contractor, your rights are governed by the terms of that contract and by applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws. Should you have a dispute with any contractor, you must address the dispute with the contractor, or the contractor's representatives directly. BY USING THE MyContractorDirectory.com SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE MyContractorDirectory.com (AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS), MyContractorDirectory.com'S AFFILIATE PARTNERS AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS (INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES) OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR DEALINGS WITH CONTRACTORS.
2. Dispute Resolution Services
As stated above MyContractorDirectory.com offers at this time NO Dispute Resolution Services. MyContractorDirectory.com does not accept any responsibility for any contractor/homeowner's conduct, funds, or for or any other matter related to the contractor/homeowner interaction.
3. Contractor Licenses, Degrees and insurance
It is essential for you to verify a contractor's license, degree and insurance before signing a contract. Do not rely solely on the information provided on this site for your hiring decisions. MyContractorDirectory.com does not accept any responsibility for the validity or accuracy of any contractor's licensing, degree or insurance information, for any contractor's performance or conduct, or for any other matter related to the contractor/homeowner interaction.
4. Testimonial Policy
Homeowners who employ/use the services of contractors listed in the MyContractorDirectory.com Directory are encouraged to submit testimonials about their experiences on our site. MyContractorDirectory.com will not edit testimonials in any way other than to correct spelling mistakes and blatant grammatical errors. MyContractorDirectory.com has the discretion to remove testimonials that include foul or vulgar language. Notwithstanding, MyContractorDirectory.com reserves the right to add, change or remove reviews at any time.
5. Privacy Policy

In these instances, data that you submit to our service via a third party may be shared by that party.
